Project Rangeet Pvt Ltd (“Rangeet”) takes your privacy seriously. (e) Information that you provide to us for the purpose of subscribing to our email notifications and/or newsletters (including your name and email address);
(f) Information that you provide to us when using the services on our platform, or that is generated in the course of the use of those services (including the timing, frequency and pattern of service use);
(g) Information relating to any purchases you make of our goods and/or services or any other transactions that you enter into through our platform (including your name, address, telephone number, email address and card details);
(h) Information that you post to our platform for publication on the internet (including your user name, your profile pictures and the content of your posts);
(i) Information contained in or relating to any communications that you send to us or send through our platform (including the communication content and meta data associated with the communication);
(j) Any other personal information that you choose to send to us;
2.2 Before you disclose to us the personal information of another person, you must obtain that person’s consent to both the disclosure and the processing of that personal information in accordance with this policy.
3.1 Data/personal information submitted to us through our platform will be used for the purposes specified in this policy or on the relevant pages of the platform.

6.1 This Section 6 sets out our data retention policies and procedures, which are designed to help ensure that we comply with our legal obligations in relation to the retention and deletion of personal information.
6.2 We typically keep information related to marketing activities for as long as you accept marketing communications from us, and on request, we will securely delete such data in accordance with applicable law.
6.3 Personal information that we process for any purpose or purposes shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose or those purposes, such period typically being the period necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, and as otherwise needed to address tax, corporate, compliance, litigation, and other legal rights and obligations.
6.4 In some cases we may de-identify your data instead of deleting it.
6.5 Rangeet would like to retain any and all information that you provide in the form of baseline and endline tests, iterative data and written feedback from you and the students. 6.6 Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Section 6, we will retain documents (including electronic documents) containing personal data:
(a) To the extent that we are required to do so by law;
(b) If we believe that the documents may be relevant to any ongoing or prospective legal proceedings; and
(c) In order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights (including providing information to others for the purposes of fraud prevention and reducing credit risk).
7.1 We follow generally accepted standards designed to protect your information and have in place appropriate security measures designed to prevent your information from being accidentally lost or used or accessed in an unauthorised way.
7.2 We will store all the personal information you provide on our secure (password and firewall protected) servers.
7.3 All electronic financial transactions entered into through our platform will be protected by encryption technology.
7.4 You acknowledge that the transmission of information over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.
7.5 You are responsible for keeping the password you use for accessing our platform confidential; we will not ask you for your password (except when you log in to our platform).
7.6 Except as expressly required by applicable statute or regulation, we will have no liability for disclosure of information due to errors or unauthorised acts of third parties during or after transmission.

9. Teacher Look-Up Tool
9.1 If you are a registered teacher on our platform, upon your consent, we may make your name, school name and school location available in an online lookup tool – for example, so other teachers can connect with you.

10.1 You may instruct us at any time not to process your personal information for marketing purposes.
10.2 In practice, you will usually either expressly agree in advance to our use of your personal information for marketing purposes, or we will provide you with an opportunity to opt out of the use of your personal information for marketing purposes.
10.3 You may ask us to remove content or information that you have posted by writing to info@projectrangeet.com. Please include a description of the content you would like removed, and if possible, the URL for the site and the name of the feature where the content was posted. Please note that your request does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of the content or information, as, for example, some of your content may have been reposted by another user.

11.2 We have no control over, and are not responsible for, the privacy policies and practices of third parties.

Such tools will only be visible to the individual subscriber or administrators of respective organizations, as the case may be;
(b) Rangeet with evidence to test and market the efficacy of the program; and
(c) Third parties, such as researchers and scientists, to test the efficacy of Rangeet’s content and methodologies and the effect of such teachings and methodologies on learning outcomes.
2.3 If You are a single user, only You and Rangeet’s admin will have access to Your Personal Information.
2.4 The Personal Information of individuals who are part of an organization will be accessible to such individuals, all other individuals in such organization, the organization’s admin and Rangeet’s admin.
